1. 교환 및 반품 기간

단순 변심에 의한 교환 및 반품은 상품을 수령하신 날로부터 7일 이내에 신청해 주셔야 합니다. 단, 제품의 내용이 표시·광고 내용과 다르거나 계약 내용과 다르게 이행된 경우에는 해당 사실을 안 날로부터 30일 이내에 가능합니다.

2. 교환 및 반품 조건

제품은 수령 시와 동일한 미사용 상태여야 하며, 정품 씰(Seal)이 훼손되지 않은 상태여야 합니다. 위생 및 안전상의 이유로 펌프를 작동 시켰거나 내용물을 사용한 경우, 또는 고객의 부주의로 상품 가치가 훼손된 경우에는 교환 및 반품이 불가합니다. 세트 상품의 경우 구성품 전체를 반납해 주셔야 환불이 진행됩니다.

3. 배송비 안내

고객님의 단순 변심으로 인한 교환 및 반품 시 발생하는 왕복 배송비는 고객님께서 부담하셔야 합니다. 상품 불량, 오배송, 또는 배송 중 파손된 경우에는 뉴디파인(사라랩)에서 배송비 전액을 부담하여 신속히 교환 또는 환불해 드립니다.

4. 환불 절차

반품 접수 후 영업일 기준 3~5일 이내에 제품 회수가 진행됩니다. 회수된 상품의 검수가 완료되면 영업일 기준 3~5일 이내에 결제하신 수단으로 환불 처리가 완료됩니다. 신용카드 결제의 경우 카드사에 따라 반영 기간이 상이할 수 있습니다.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At NU:DEFINE, your satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to provide the ultimate hair care experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase or if the product arrives damaged, we are here to help according to the following policy.

1. Return Window

Requests for exchanges or returns due to a simple change of mind must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the product. If the product is different from the description or advertisement, you may request a return within 30 days from the date you became aware of the discrepancy.

2. Eligibility for Returns

Products must be in their original, unused condition with the original seal intact. For hygiene and safety reasons, returns are not accepted if the pump has been activated, the product has been used, or the value of the product has been diminished due to customer negligence. For set items, all components must be returned together to process a refund.

3. Shipping Costs

For exchanges or returns due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for the round-trip shipping fees. In the event of a product defect, incorrect delivery, or damage during transit, NU:DEFINE (Sarah Labs.) will cover all shipping costs for a prompt exchange or full refund.

4. Refund Process

Once a return is requested, the product will be collected within 3–5 business days. After the returned item has been inspected and cleared, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 3–5 business days. Please note that the timing for credit card refunds may vary depending on your card issuer.
